Homey warehouse living with workspace & courtyard

Sublet for 1 month in December (dates flexible either side) in gorgeous, light warehouse space, with big shared living area, workspace, outside area and kitchen with two sets of hobs/sinks/fridges etc. Right near the canal. Very warm, relaxed vibe. 4 toilets, 3 showers, 3 washing machines. We have one very sweet cat. This is a short term sublet in a furnished room, but rooms for longer periods regularly open up. Experience the warmth, benefits vibe of communal living (lots of sharing things, some movie nights, lovely chats) with your own space. We don't share food, we have separate rooms, separate cupboard and fridge spaces, and people keep to themselves, but at the same time we're a friendly, gentle bunch. It's £850/month, including bills, wifi etc.
