Double room available in a three bedroom flat by the canal in Hackney Wick.

My current flatmate is moving back to Australia and we are looking for someone to take his room from around the 10th December, some flexibility with move in date being a little later if needed.



Apartment is in Omega Works, a gated residential development which has 24 hour security & a concierge. Room is furnished with double bed, large wardrobe & other drawers/ shelving units - landlord is happy to remove any small furniture that isn’t needed.

I am a 28 year old freelance designer working in the music industry and my flatmate is a 27 year old PHD student, we both work in the office for the majority of the week and I sometimes work from home.

I have lived in the flat since summer 2022 and have a rolling contract with the landlord.

Council Tax is Band D. Total bills for Council Tax , WIFI, Water & Electric come to around £150 a month (per person).
