Hello!

I’m sadly moving out of my room and we’re on the lookout for a new flatmate to join this lovely home from mid November.

We’ve got a spacious double room in a 3-bedroom flat in Bow, located in a residential area a stones throw from parks, canals, pubs and importantly tubes! It’s a 15-minute walk to Mile End and Bow Road stations (Central and District lines) and a 5-minute walk to Devons Road (DLR). If you enjoy a good walk, markets and coffee stops, you’ll love being close to Mile End Park and the canal leading to Victoria Park and the Limehouse cut and Bartlett park.

Our flat is spread over two floors, with plenty of space. There’s a big living room with a south facing balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with both a shower and bath, as well as a separate toilet. We’ve always viewed the flat as a home away from home and the girls would love to welcome someone who wants to make the space their own too.

The room is a large furnished double room with build in wardrobes so plenty of storage! The rent is £885 per month (excluding bills). Bills usually come to around £107 per month. The tenancy ends in August 2026 but the landlord is flexible. The agents will be doing checks as well before you move in.

The room is available now but move in date can be up to the 20th November.

About your future flatmates:
They are two girls in their late 20s (both Scottish) working in classical music and copyright. Both work 9-5 jobs, with a mix of being in the office and wfh. They are sociable, watching the odd series together, having an occasional drink at one of the local pubs and sharing a meal with friends. The flat is a calm and welcoming space so they take care to keep it clean and tidy and are mindful of being quiet in the evenings.
