Spacious victorian house just below Victoria Park!

Hello all,
We are looking for two housemates to join our household from the beginning of December. This house is a real gem, the two available rooms are both fantastic in size, and the house has a garden, basement, dishwasher and dryer - situated on a nice road with friendly neighbours. It's about a 10 min walk to Mile End tube station and well connected with buses going into the city and central etc. The location is really great, you can get to Victoria Park in under 10 mins, Shoreditch in about 20 mins, and there are lots of nice cafes, shops, and pubs nearby. I feel really safe in the area which is a huge plus.
Myself (Jess) and my boyfriend/housemate Luke are currently living in the house and renting two rooms - so we're looking for two nice, friendly and tidy housemates that we can live harmoniously with and finding some new friends would be an added bonus! We are both professionals working in the film industry and public sector respectively.
You would also be living with two house cats called Judge and Candy - they are just over 1 years old and are the loveliest and friendliest catties around but as they are young they can be a little mischievous sometimes, so we need people who can embrace this with open arms - and you will be rewarded with two great feline housemates.
On another note, Luke is currently recovering from several major surgeries so we need housemates who are chill and not too noisy - of course it is fine to have friends over whenever, but we can’t have any unplanned parties or bring back lots of people late at night - just in general be respectful of the recovery environment.
