Large, bright double room in Hackney Wick

Bright double room (all bills included!) with two windows going in my huge, lovely warehouse on Fish Island in Hackney Wick. Thirty second walk to the canal lined with pubs and restaurants, less than a ten minute walk to Hackney Wick station and a fifteen minute walk to Stratford station through the olympic park. We have an in house recording studio, two full bathrooms, two washer dryers and access to the warehouse is through a private courtyard shared with the neighbours. The room comes with many plants which will need a little watering but nothing major. Fully furnished and everything provided. Housemates are a lovely bunch and in the winter the house gets a little quiet but we eat dinner together most nights.
