Hey! My partner and I are heading back to Australia for the holidays and we’re looking for someone to take our room in our lovely sharehouse.

We usually split the rent between us as a couple, but we’re very open to negotiating the price for a single person and can be flexible with dates — so definitely message even if you’re unsure!

• Incredible sunset views — genuinely the best we’ve had in London
• 10 min walk to Hackney Wick Overground
• 15 min to Victoria Park
• 5 min Lime bike ride to Westfield Stratford
• Buses on the doorstep + easy walk to Bow Road tube
• Surrounded by cafés (JuJu!), pubs, canals, and loads of green spaces

• Flexible on start/end dates

💸 Price
• We usually pay £750 each (£1,500 total) as a couple
• Open to negotiating for a single person or shorter stays
