Double Room in Modern 3-Bed Flat in Hackney Wick

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom modern flat in Hackney Wick. You’ll be living with two professionals in our early 30s:

THE FLAT:
- Modern, bright 3-bedroom new built apartment on the 5th floor
- Sunny south-facing living room — perfect for admiring year-round sunsets (on the rare sunny days!)
- Spacious open-plan kitchen/living area
- Fully equipped kitchen with: Dishwasher, Two ovens, Electric ceramic hob cooker
- Quite fair amount of storage
- The flat came unfurnished, but we’ve made it warm, cosy and homely
- Access to the building’s rooftop
- Private gym access included
- Secure bike storage in the building
- Surrounded by cafés, restaurants and creative spaces right in the heart of Hackney Wick but still peaceful and quiet

THE ROOM:
- Unfurnished, so you can make it completely your own
- Private access to a large balcony...great for working outdoors in summer or soaking up the sun

ABOUT US:
2 friends working in the creative industry who love to go cinema, explore the city by bike, love to go out and socialise but also love to do yoga and go to the gym.

RENT & BILLS:
- £950 per month
- Bills approx. £100/month
- 1 month deposit
- Room is available from 1st February, however the contract needs to be finalised by 24th December
