I am moving out as I am relocating for work - looking for someone to take over my part in the lease and make this flat their home. Lovely private landlord who you will meet if you choose to move in, bare in mind he will require the usual documentation and referencing to accept you for the lease.
- Flatmate 1 is a lawyer who works pretty long hours but loves to make the most of the weekend and is somehow always in a great mood even after the long days.
- Flatmate 2 works from home 2 days a week at the moment and is always up for a pint or a chat but equally does his own thing and loves a movie.
The flat has two balconies either side, access via living room and bedrooms. The bedroom you will be renting does not have direct access to the balcony unless you climb through the window I guess.
You will be sharing a bathroom with flatmate 2 as flatmate 1 has an ensuite.
Building is secure with key fob to enter, lift to get up to the 4th floor where we are as well as a secure garage ( car parking spaces available separately) with a secure bike shed.
Rent of £950 pcm, deposit of £950 - no bills included ( bills averaging around £100 pcm )
