Hello! I am looking for someone to sublet my room for the month of February while I am travelling overseas. You'll get a beautifully bright and warm apartment within a 1 min walk to Victoria Park. You'll be sharing this 2-bed apartment with my two flatmates (a couple) who are wonderfully kind and easy going people who enjoy having a yarn. We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and respectful to fill my room and can enjoy this lovely space! (And keep my house plants alive! 🪴).

Nearest stations are Hackney Wick overground and Bow Road (~15min/18min respectively); but also lots of great bus connections within a 2 min walk.

The room is £750/month + £120/month for bills.
(Total of £938 + bills for the 5 weeks)

Room is available for max of 5 weeks, ending 6th March, so open to subletting for as much of that time as possible.
