Four person house share on quiet street just off Roman Road Market, <5 min walk from Victoria Park.
Sharing with three others (two women and one guy, late 20's and early 30's)
We're a calm, friendly, clean house with two loos (one bath) and good sized back yard. We are into cooking, cosy nights watching telly, hosting sometimes, arts and crafts and gardening (trying to keep plants alive!)
LGBT/Queer house.
There are multiple parking spaces available on street (paid or register with council).
Bills (water, gas/electric, Internet and council tax) are split equally and come to around £100 monthly.
The contract is due for renewal in August. The landlord is very responsive and helpful when any issue with the house arises. Easy going neighbours both sides, too.
