We have a large live/work studio located at the Peanut Factory in the heart of Hackney Wick.
The room is filled with natural light from East, South and West facing windows providing a well lit working environment.

The room would be ideal for someone who has a solid routine and loves a clean organised space. As a household we are up early and enjoy our early nights. We have a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances needed, American style fridge freezer a washer and dryer and all cleaning products are managed by in accordance to a cleaning routine.

We are looking for someone who could move in asap. The studio will have a total of 4-5 residents.

A little about myself and others in the space:

I first arrived at the space 12 years ago and built everything from scratch, with the vision of having a a calm co living creative space.

After all the years and the flow of wonderful people coming through the space its in a settled/grounded state with stable quiet times routines and general harmony when it comes to domestic living, whilst always keeping and maintaining a professional work from home environment at the same time its very recharging!

My background is architecture/robotics with my own 3d print lab on site in another studio I spend my time working within my lab every hour of the day!!

Barbara - artist - works within a photography studio 4 days a week average enjoy jogging and makes wonderful large scale art works. Lived here for 10 years.

Lilly - textile designer - final year LCF and super focused and dedicated to her final year. Again mostly out making!

We all have our own personal work spaces so the main space is kept liminal/ empty and quiet like an internal oasis. Making sure our work is separate really allows for recharge in peek deadlines.

Viewings will start from Tuesday this week so let me know if ow if there is a time you could pop over and meet myself and the space in person that would be perfect!

Strictly no couples, no pets and no parties. We are respectful individuals appreciating the head-space within our studio.

Price includes bills rates & Council tax , deposit is one month of rent, with a 1 month notice before move out.

We also love our plants and are slowly creating our very own jungle.
