Quick note — I’m posting this on my brother’s SpareRoom account as mine is currently playing up, but you’ll be dealing directly with me, Josh, for viewings, agreement and payments.
I’m heading away travelling, so I’m subletting my double room with a private balcony. The room is available from 20 February onwards (a few days flexible if needed) and I’m ideally looking for someone to move in by the end of next week. The sublet can run up to 10 June 2026, though I’m also open to end of May or possibly end of April depending on timing.
Viewings will begin Saturday 14th February as I’m tied up over the next few days.
Our rent cycle runs from the 10th to the 10th, so whenever you move in you would simply pay pro-rata up until the next 10th, then continue monthly from there.
A deposit is required to secure the room.

General household supplies (cleaning products, toilet roll, etc.)
Deposit: Required in advance to secure the room.
