Bright Double room (and Bathroom) in East London

I have a partially furnished room to rent in Fish Island/Hackney Wick. It's a bright and spacious room with lots of storage, and a bathroom that will mostly be yours. My flat is very comfortable, well furnished, modern and lots of light.

I'm looking for a flatmate who wants a chilled living environment, and somewhere they feel comfortable to have family and friends visit on occasion.

I do have a cat who is mostly chill but sometimes wild - looking for a flatmate that can match that behaviour!

There's a balcony and front terrace area which gets great sun. Bike storage available. It's a 20minute walk to Stratford, and 10-15 to Hackney Wick.

The area is great, lots of nice restaurants, coffee shops, canals and parks.

My sister and nephew are moving out, so ignore the toys in the photos! Moving in date is flexible.
