Double room in a 3-bed flat. We are on the third floor of a tower block, with a balcony that has amazing views of Canary Wharf 🌃

Shared kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet, you will have your own kitchen cupboard and shelf in the fridge.
No living room but there is a breakfast counter in the kitchen and a balcony for when it's warmer outside ☀️

Rent is £755 pcm
Bills are £119 pcm total (gas, electric, water, broadband and council tax)

5 mins walk to Devon’s Road DLR (trains to Stratford and Canary Wharf)
15 mins walk to Mile End (Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines - including night tube on the central line)
Various frequent routes into central London (usually about 45mins to get to central) 🚂

15 mins walk to Lidl and big Tesco. 5 minutes to Tesco Express.
Plus plenty of corner shops, takeouts and cute little cafes less than 5 mins from the flat ☕

Close to multiple green spaces including Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park, Mile End Park and Limehouse Cut Canal 🌱
