Bright, Cosy Hackney Wick Warehouse Room!

We're looking for some new housemates to join us in our live/work/create warehouse in Fish Island! We're a big LGBTIQA+ and BAME friendly house of 22 - (24 people when we're full) looking for a creative, kind, and respectful person to join our community! We are one warehouse of many in a gorgeous, well-connected canal-side area.

The room available: £750 per month (bills included, confirming with leaseholder) + £10 kitty for house supplies. Has a window, 2 clothing rails installed by yours truly, and you're welcome to do whatever you want with the space to make it yours, hence my clouds and rainbows :) Comes unfurnished but I’ve installed some clothing rails that I’ll leave, and happy to discuss about the bed as I don’t need it!

The house: Large warehouse with multiple workspaces including a workshop, an office spaces and a studio and would like other people who would enjoy sharing these creative spaces. All bills are included, apart from a £10 kitty paid monthly, which pays for cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Everyone does one hour a week as a cleaning shift within the house to keep the place tidy. As a house, we are age from 22 - 43 and would like someone 22+ to join us to keep the balance.
