Seeking friendly professional female flatmate

My housemate is buying a flat and will sadly be moving out around the 5th of June (flexible on dates) so I am looking for a new roomy to share a large duplex flat (2 floors!)

The flat has a huge open plan living room, diner and kitchen with balcony looking onto jungley garden outside. It gets the sun in the morning and you can sit and enjoy your breakfast listening to the birds singing! We also have second toilet, bath and great water pressure in the shower.

Spare room is a huge room with floor to ceiling windows looking over the trees outside and will come with a king size bed (mattress is my housemates) and a nice big open wardrobe. My housemate might also be able to sell you some of her bedroom furniture if interested.

Move in date is pretty flexible so please let me know your preferences and what's going on with you.

A bit about me - I'm 39 and work for an environmental NGO. I love music, going to gigs, nights out with the girls, various kinds of exercise, being creative and am generally game for anything! Hoping to find a housemate that wants to meld friendship groups and join my snowballing number of amazing single friends, but is also respectful, tidy, clean and also enjoys chilled nights in front of the tele with a bucket of popcorn and some wine! :)

Full disclosure, I'm hoping to live with my bezzie at some point but not able to think about moving until later in the year and would only do so if i found something as good as this (tough act to follow!) So if you have a mate moving to London....they could also take my room at some point.

We would need full references and you woukd need to swap deposits with my housemate. If we decide to go ahead we'd do it all above board and through the estate agent.
