Beautiful king room in 2 bed penthouse

Personal reasons are requiring me to leave London for a while so I'm happy to discuss length if you’re after something shorter/longer.

The flat
A rare London flat that actually feels like a home. East and west-facing balconies mean morning sun on one side, golden hour on the other. The whole place has been properly furnished and styled with quality furniture and beautiful painted rooms.

Your room
Large king bedroom with big windows (privacy tint on them) and beautiful evening light. So much bedroom storage and curtains to separate the room if youre wanting to create a 2nd studio/space (I use it for meditation and yoga).
En-suite with a walk-in shower, plus access to the main bathroom with a bath.

Shared spaces
Open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that’s superrr spacious giving warehouse vibes (but with the comfort of a new build). Smeg fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, kitchen island with vitamix, nutribullet, double air fryer, water filter. Walnut dining table that seats 10. Hugeee sofa overlooking the Poplar skyline.
There’s also a desk just outside the bedroom with a canal view down Hackney Wick, makes working from home sooo enjoyable.

Nearby
Private gym, sauna, and hyrox/yoga/fitness classes right on your doorstep (all on the same road).

Fish Island / Hackney Wick - well connected without the noise:
• Hackney Wick Overground (Mildmay), 15 min walk
• Bow Church DLR / Bow (District, Circle, H&C), 20 min walk
• Stratford (Central, Elizabeth, Jubilee, c2c, Greater Anglia), 25 min walk or 6 min by bike

Your housemates
You’ll be sharing with Ally and Paddy, a couple who both work in schools. They are really friendly, calm, and so easy to live with.

I'm prioritising the right person / couple, who are going to care for this space we've made a home, to take the room so viewings are ongoing.
