DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE - BOW/MILE END

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my gorgeous flat in Bow/Mile End from mid-July!

It’s a modern 2 bed 2 bath (with a balcony!!) located right on the edge of Victoria Park/Regents Canal.

Rent is £1,250pcm plus ~£90 bills (our heating is a centralised system in the flat block so we don’t pay for it which is a huge bonus in the winter months!!). The contract runs until October so the price is locked in until then, but our landlord didn’t increase rent last contract renewal so 🤞🤞

It’s about 15 mins walk to Mile End or Hackney Wick, and the number 8 bus stop which runs all the way to TCR is 30 seconds out of the front door

My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to fill her place - my name is Daisy, I’m 27 (very nearly 28) and I love walks (and slow runs) along the canal/victoria park, going for coffee & food in Victoria Park Village and I’m an expert on local pub (and pub quiz) culture!!

As a bonus our postcode means we can enter the ballot for free tickets to All Points East every year too 🙂‍↕️

I’d love to live with someone who is fun at weekends, but chilled during the week, and I’m not at all fussed if you work hybrid / from home (I’m in the office 4 days a week anyway) - no students please but a girly my vibe in the 25-35 age range would be perfecto 🫶
