Spacious Hackney Wick Flat Looking for a Flatmate

Spacious double room in Hackney Wick houseshare with an ensuite and private balcony in a flat with a large main living area and outdoor terrace running the length of the property.

We're looking to replace our flatmate who is leaving the UK in June. You'll be living with two other housemates - myself and Chris.

The flat is located on the top floor of the gated Omega Works compound on Fish Island, right next to the canal and all Hackney Wick's trendy bars and restaurants.

We're a short walk or bike ride away from both Olympic Park and Victoria Park. Omega Works is within 10 minutes walk of Hackney Wick Overground station and 20 minutes walk of Stratford Station, which offers a huge range of transport options including the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines.

We've been living here for 3 years and we love the place and love the area! I'm 30 and work in sustainability consulting. Originally from China, but I've lived half of my life in the US as well, I've been in London for the last 5 years. Chris is 38, he teaches at Queen Mary University and is originally from Wales.

We are a sociable household and often hang out together either at home or around Hackney Wick or further afield when not doing our own things. We are hoping to find a friendly new flatmate to replace our friend and current flatmate, who is unfortunately moving back to Canada after 3 years with us in London.
