Room in a modern cozy flat

I've got a room available in my 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Hackney Wick, available immediately or from July 1st.

I bought this place two years ago. I've spent the last two years making it feel like a real sanctuary, and I'm always finding new ways to make it even more cosy and welcoming. It's a little oasis in the middle of East London.

The flat is on Smeed Road, right in the heart of Hackney Wick. The area has a great energy, there's always something happening nearby, but the apartment itself is peaceful and quiet.

I'm looking for someone easy-going, respectful, and clean. No parties at home, just someone who'll appreciate the space, take care of it, and help keep the calm, comfortable atmosphere that's already here.
