We are looking for a wonderful new housemate to join our amazing 4-bed Victorian terraced house in Bow from 8th July.

Location of the house is amazing -we’re on a quiet road and literally a 1-minute walk from the canals, Victoria park, a few bus stops (one goes to Tottenham Court Road via Shoreditch, another into Hackney and Dalston) and a 10-15 minute walk to both Mile End and Bethnal Green tube stations.

The room comes furnished with a double bed frame, wardrobe and a set of drawers and is located at the back of the house offering lovely views over the garden.

The house is really spacious - living and dining room with lots of natural light, large dine-in kitchen, big backyard and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

We’re laid back professionals who are clean and tidy and when we’re not busy with our own lives, enjoy going to the pub or have a BBQ together so we’d be looking for someone to fit that dynamic and call the house a home :)

Currently 2 girls and 1 guy, ideally looking for a second guy to balance it out. Someone 30+ preferred as well!

LOGISTICS
Bills all come to about £150 per month max with the current energy situation.

Lease renews in September so you will need to be ok with signing on to the existing lease and have references ready.
