I am out of the country for 7 months and looking for someone to rent my lovely one bed flat in Bow.
Council Tax, Internet and Water included in price. So is Electricity up to £150 per month (usual bill is around £100).
For an extra £100 a month I can also including parking.

The Flat:
It's a cosy flat in a 60s block right in the middle of Bow. There are lots of books and random furniture. It's got everything you might need - from cooking stuff to shower products.
The bedroom is very simple and spacious (which I find perfect for a good night's sleep) and there's a large sofa in the living room should someone want to stay over. The flat has big double glazed windows (brand new) so it's cool and breezy in summer and cosy in winter. Living room is south facing, so gets wonderful sunshine.
Work space in the living area - nice big desk. Let me know if you need to borrow any equipment (like screen or keyboard) if you need to work.
Location:
Right in the heart of Bow on Roman Road Market, my flat is the perfect base to explore East London from. It's right between Victoria Park and the Olympic Park.
Here are some distances:
15 minutes walk to Hackney Wick (drinks, clubs, fashionable people)
30 minutes walk to Westfield, London Stadium and Stratford (or 15 on a bus)
12 minutes walk to Mile End station
10 minutes walk to Bow Road station
The 8 Bus stops right outside and can take you right into the centre.
20 minutes walk to The ABBA Experience (easy to find just follow all the people in blonde wigs and platform shoes)
