Lovely Ensuite Double Available in Hackney Wick

We're looking for a friendly, considerate female housemate to take over a spacious double room with its own ensuite in our lovely two-bedroom flat in Hackney Wick (Fish Island) from 1st September.

The flat is bright and airy, with a large open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a big balcony overlooking the canal. The building also has a concierge and an on-site gym on the lower level, which you would have access to.

The rent is £1,350 per month, with bills typically coming to around £150 per month.
The deposit is £1,500, and referencing will be required as normal.

The location is fantastic - around a 10-minute walk from Hackney Wick station, close to Victoria Park, and surrounded by all the lovely cafés, restaurants, and everything else East London has to offer.

You'd be living with one other housemate, Dani, who is friendly, easy-going, and has genuinely been a dream to live with. We're looking for a like-minded female who is chilled, respectful, and enjoys a nice balance of personal space and spending time in the communal areas.

The room is available from 1st September, and I'd love to find someone who will enjoy the flat and neighbourhood as much as I have.
The room is currently unfurnished, although I'm happy to leave some furniture behind if that's helpful.
