A double is available in our lovely spacious 3 bedroom flat opposite to Victoria Park and next to Roman Road Market.

The room has a newish bed (6 months old), pine wardrobe, and pine chest of draws.

The flat is really light and spacious in a residential area but close to shops. We have a large living room with balcony, brand new kitchen and recently refurbished bathroom, second toilet, and a couple of large cupboards for storage.

Rent does not include bills which we have already set up and will be splitting four ways. We have internet (£9 each a month) and TV. We also have a lovely cleaner (£6 a week, non negotiable), Council tax (£22 a month) Gas and electric split between the four quarterly.

Mile End is the nearest tube about a 15 minute walk. Buses include number 8 that goes to Oxford Circus via Liverpool st (20mins) and Bethnal Green Tube (10 mins). Hackney Wick overground is a 15 minute walk.

About us; Currently there is three house mates; Chris and Aileen, couple who work in graphics...and Nicola, who works in the Art Department for Film and TV.

We all lead mostly busy lifestyles but when around together enjoy a drink in the flat or local pub.

The area is a great place to live. Victoria Park Village, which is lovely is within walking distance. Victoria Park is essentially a lovely huge back garden. Hackney Central, Hackney Picturehouse, Shoreditch, London Fields, Dalston, Spittlefields and Liverpool St are all very close. We are also a few minutes drive from the A12 allowing quick access by car to the A406 and M11 to get around and out of London.
