Spacious double room close to Victoria Park

We have a large double room with plenty of storage space to rent in a 3 bedroom flat, available from the 17th of June. The building is within walking distance of Bow Church/ Bow Road and Hackney Wick stations, whilst also being close to many bus stops (8, N8, 339)that take you towards Stratford or Central London. We are right on the door step of Victoria Park and overlook the canal and the Olympic Stadium.

The flat is located in a new building on Wick Lane, it has a comfortable living room/kitchen and a spacious balcony; We are fully kitted out with washing machine/dish washer/fridge/freezer etc, bills work out to around 60£ per month including broadband internet and Sky TV.

Enough of the boring stuff, we are two friendly, relaxed professional housemates looking for someone who is sociable, clean, and trustworthy to replace our flatmate who's moving out in June. We have all got on really well whilst living together the two years and looking to create a similar atmosphere with a new person that is easy going, doesn’t mind having a chat of an evening or watching a bit of tv together (currently big Game of Thrones & True Detective fans), but also respects each other’s need for a bit of peace and quiet. We have prided ourselves on how clean we keep the flat and looking for someone who would share that responsibility. We are quite into our films and music and also have satellite tv which we would be looking to keep.
