We have a massive double to fill out as soon as possible. We are a friendly bunch of internationals (1 Italian, 1 Austrian and 2 Spanish) and look for a friendly flatmate (or a couple) who likes to keep the house quiet and clean.

The double room:
Quite large (4. 5 X 3. 5 = 15. 75 metre square), with 1 double-bed, 1 sofa, 1 wardrobes, 1 drawers, 1 massive window and 1 balcony over little park!

The house:
First floor: 1 big kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, microwave etc. all perfectly functioning / new), 1 toilet, 1 double room (the one available).
Second floor: 2 double rooms, 1 single room and 1 bathroom.
The house is in a very quiet and safe residential area. Victoria Park and Roman Road market are at only 2 minutes walking!!

Connections:
10 minute walking distance or 5 minutes by bus to Mile End Station: Underground (Central, Hammersmith & City, Circle, District)
1 minute walking to Bus Number 8 (24hour bus) (Tottenham Court Road; Liverpool street; Shoreditch; Bethnal Green; Roman Road; Bow Church).

Rental conditions:

70£ one-off fee to the agency (this is only paid once and at the start of your tenancy)
