I have an amazing huge double room with a private balcony available in a beautiful, modern flat in Hackney Wick/Fish Island/Bow - 5 mins from Victoria Park and super close to Hackney Wick canal.

The room is available 1st November.

About the flat:
It’s an amazing and bright flat, with lots of lovely plants and natural light. It’s also huge and situated on 2 floors. Located on Fish Island in Hackney Wick/Bow and just off the canal. The 2 bedroom apartment has views of a lovely garden and courtyard where you can sit, looking over the canal and the Olympic Stadium. You also have your own balcony. There’s a building manager who looks after post and helps with fixing things and we also have great neighbours and a great community.

About me:
I work in beauty Marketing/PR. I’m really easy going, down to earth, considerate, friendly and clean. I’m pretty quiet during the week, work hybrid in my room, gym, early nights after cooking dinner. Weekends I’m mostly out and about a lot and always busy but equally, I like to chill as my party days are definitely over and I hardly drink.

I’ve always had a great relationship with my old Flatmate’s and want this to be a nice and friendly, safe, home environment for both of us - Im totally up for hanging out together and love chatting, the occasional brunch, dinners and Netflix binges as well as giving each other a lot of space to have their own life and space.

My interests are - yoga, running, galleries, gigs, cooking, I’m vegan, but totally cool if you’re not, restaurants, reading, fashion and beauty, painting, baking, markets, movies, wellness, painting, meditation, sound baths.

What I’m looking for:

- I’m looking for someone friendly, chilled, respectful and mature.
