Monday To Friday Only

Hi, this a Monday to friday let for those who need to relocate to london for work in the week. This will mean you can leave your things in your room constantly but this is not a 7 day week rental. Please do not email if you are looking for 7 days.

We are 2 professional ladies who share a modern, clean house in chingford. Living area is open plan and there is a great back garden that backs on to the forest. The single room has new furniture, bed, mattress , clothing rail , chest of drawers and a side table with lamp. Storage shelves and box’s and a lock on the door. There is a tv in the room. You will need to provide your own fire stick ) shared the bathroom with one other person. We keep the house clean and tidy but we are not fanatical. :-) Everyone washes up their own dishes and we share cleaning. You will be responsible for your own room. About us, we are both working ladies during the week. We are easy going. We do often share a conversation after work but we appreciate everyone’s private space. The living/dinning area is included in your space. Use of washing machine etc included.
All kitchen equipment, plates, cups etc are here already for all to use.
Transport: Chingford overground station is around 10 to 15 mins walk where the train goes straight into Liverpool Street. It calls at various east London stations where you can catch the central tube line into London. .There is a bus stop 1 minute away where you can travel to South Woodford central line and further. All bills included. As we still have high energy costs to heat the house in the winter , we are mindful Anything else please ask :-) smoking okay in the garden.
