Hi there, we have a beautiful cosy room with a king size bed and a huge wardrobe available for 800 per month and a small double room with brand new double bed, table and chairs and a good size wardrobe for 700 per calender month. We also have a private garden where you can enjoy sunny days. There is free parking almost everywhere so if you have a car, would not be a problem. The property is in a quiet street, but you will find everything you need just around the corner. Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pubs, Take aways, Banks, Pharmacies, Post Office...and many more. We are very near to a beautiful park with playgrounds, tennis courts, open air fitness machines where you can enjoy your free times. There is a popular GYM within 5 minutes walking distance from home. There are also great transport links. It takes around 30-40 min. to Central London (15min. to Walthamstow Central Station by bus and then via Victoria Line to Central London). Also there are Overground Stations near by with easy bus links (Chingford and Highams Park Stations). We are looking for tidy and clean individuals with positive mindsets.
