Room 1 - The Sky Room
A large, bright double room with plantation shutters, ottoman storage bed, wardrobe, and bedside table, feature fireplace and mirror.

Room 2 - The Forest Room
Garden facing double room with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, feature fireplace and mirror.

Shared spaces:
• Modern large lounge with two sofas, funky seating, period fireplace, plantation shutters, and a large widescreen TV.
• Kitchen: well-equipped with 2 ovens, grill, microwave, toaster, crock pot, food processor, smoothie-maker, fridge-freezer, and washing machine.
• Shared bathroom with shower in bath, and a separate WC with toiley
• High speed Wi-Fi included for work or streaming.
• Parking: in front on house (drop kerb)
• Large 90ft back garden (for whenever ir stops raining again)

The house is currently 2 ladies, me and another lodger, and my 9 yr old daughter stays with me about half the time.

We each enjoy our own space and independence, but there are  moments to chat, share a glass of wine, or watch a film.

Location & Transport:

• 12-minute walk to Highams Park Station (Weaver Line): Highams Park → Wood Street → Walthamstow→ Hackney Downs → Bethnal Green → Liverpool Street (trains every 15 minutes)
• 2 minutes to the local bus stop with connections to Walthamstow and surrounding areas

It's a safe, quiet residential street but close to local shops: 5 mins to Morrisons or  Bannatynes Gym, and walking distance to Highams Park with plenty of shops and amenities. Lots of surrounding parks and forest for weekend walks!
