We have a double room double size bed, comfortable sofa and TV is going to be available now in our lovely spacious 3-bed house in Hackney area. The house is in a quiet estate in E5 next to a big green space with the Hackney marshes canal. The rooms are spread over the two upper floors with a lovely front garden. It might be suitable for a couple as well. However, we need to have a negotiation about the additional rent (+£35 PW) and the daily schedule of the couple as we have one toilet and a bathroom. There are big storage spaces in the entrance, which can be used for bicycles and suitcases. It also has a separate toilet from the bathroom. Close by Hackney Central, Hackney Downs, Victoria Park, London Fields, Millfields Park, which is also great for a days stroll or a daily jog by the canal. Transport links are Clapton station, which is a 10-15 min walk that takes you directly to the city and a 20 min walk to Hackney Central Overground. Also, numerous amounts of buses serve the area.
