Situated less than 5-minute walk of Homerton Station (Zone 2), it is very well connected with Central London and just two stops away from Stratford. There are a lot of bus routes to get you around. It is a great, trendy area (close to Victoria Village and Clapton) and to many amenities: large 24-hour Tesco and many other groceries, hospital and GP, parks (like Victoria Park or London Fields), theatres, cinemas and libraries. The room comes fully furnished.

The current flat mates all get along well and all share the cleaning, so this would suit someone who is:

- ! respectful, CLEAN, quiet
- ! willing to follow the house rules
- ! willing to clean when it's his/her turn
- ideally not working from home

You will be dealing with myself (the owner) who has been running her own business for over 20 years and not an agency or third party.
