Large dbl room in Homerton

Large double bedroom for rent from the 3rd of April!

Our housemate is leaving to move in with his partner. That leaves a very large double bedroom available in our 4 bed/1.5 bathroom house in Homerton. Also we have a large summer garden in the back with a fire pit. Our home is a 8 mins walk from Homerton overground station, Hackney Marshes, and Chatsworth Road (which has a wonderful community cinema: The Castle, wonderful cafes, and a market on Sundays) and 15 mins walk from Victoria Park.

The room available is the largest of the four. The room comes unfurnished, but the current tenant is flexible to leave his things for the first 4 months as he does not move into his new place until August.

You’d be living with 3 housemates from different countries and with ages between 29 and 34. We enjoy socialising, but are also respectful of each other’s space. We all contribute to making the house feel like a home, including sharing the responsibility of keeping the house looking tidy.

The rent is £760 with an additional £100 for bills. You would sublet initially for the first four months, and then takeover the tenancy in August.
