Sunny Double Room in Homerton

Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our gorgeous house in Homerton from 17th August. The lease runs for 6months with option to extend. If you want to move in a week earlier, this can be an arranged as I am going away on holiday from the 10th.

The room is the biggest in the house, upstairs, gets all the afternoon/evening light and looks out on to the quiet street. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair.
The rest of the house is also furnished, we have a separate lounge at the front of the house, and then an open plan kitchen / dining area that opens onto a deck and garden. There is a little BBQ out there for summer too!
There are 2 bathrooms on the mid level, both with toilet & shower, the main bathroom has a bath.

Bills come to approx £100 p/m and are not included in the rent. We pay these when they come in and split everything on split wise.

About us: we are 3 gals in our early thirties, love to chill in the garden on a sunny day, go out for the odd meal or drink together and keep a nice homely vibe to the house. We all work in creative industries, Fashion and UX Design.
