Beautiful large dbl room in garden flat Homerton

Hello all 🌞 my ex is moving out, hopefully soon (fingers crossed) so we have a double bedroom available on the 15th March, might be flexible with dates before. The room on offer is a large bright double-room in a friendly and busy household. The room is beautifully designed.

We live in a newly furnished professionally designed 1st floor flat owned by my aunt that comes with a large kitchen with seating space and dining area (we enjoy cooking, so foodies are very welcome) & we have an impressive large peaceful garden with garden studio (which needs a bit more touches to be fully done). Cherry and olive trees - the garden is a place we hang out and have BBQ from spring to autumn.

Our apartment has a small but beautiful modern bathroom with a large shower.
We don't have a living room but we hang out in the kitchen and garden and we have extra storage to share in the loft.

Living in the house is myself, Helena working in hospitality, and trying to get to UX design & Gustav, learning french and spending most of his day in his room to write articles for American magazine or having interviews with smart people - Yale university professors and such as 🤓 but don't worry you won't need a dictionary when speaking with him (also he's bringing absolutely sassy energy when he's drunk-love it) .
We also have well-behaved dog visitors, from time to time as I occasionally dog sit for my aunt who is a dog trainer.

Creative folk, foodies, gardeners, we would love to hear from you. We have been renting our room for over 3 years and we are still friends with all of our housemates.

£900 pcm — including bills. The deposit is the same amount.
