Neighborhood:

Hackney Marshes, Lea river canals, woods and natural reserve down the street. Up the street are Lower Clapton and Chatsworth road with Sunday market, plenty of bakeries, dining spots, bars, shops and green parks all around. 10mm walk from both Homerton and Clapton stations, plus several bus lines.


Home:
Overlook Millfields park and has a peaceful garden terrace overarched by a rose tree at the back. A lovely rustic bathroom with a bathtub. A cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and a reading nook. Double reception room and large dining table ideal to receive friends for meals. Wood floors throughout and a basement.

Bedroom:

Bright and facing the park. Twice as large as shown (uploads limited - can send in private). Besides the bed there’s a large chest of drawers, a clothes railing and plenty more room to add a desk or else. A spare desk on the landing is available to share and more personal storage, extra large wardrobe and oversized drawers.

Housemate:
French/English, she/her, late thirties. Used to live with women, men and non-binary. Highly active: working on a master in psychoanalytic studies, professional masseuse (no client at home!), and lot of time spent writing. Too many hobbies to be listed here, main ones include exhibitions, shows, films, gigs, and a rave now and then + reflecting upon all this, as well as literature, poetry and travelling. I’m genuine, instinctively social and optimistic, while being calm, healthy and laid back. I'm an outgoing introvert and am proud of my equilibrium between time spent with friends and in my own company. I’m kind, open, personable, and a good communicator.

I’ve been in awe of this house since the day I first entered it, and as everyone seems to be! Photos don’t necessarily pay it justice. It’s not only gorgeous but feels very special and sanctuary-like. The neighbourhood is also incredible, both rich in greenery and socially vibrant.
