We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bed flat in Lower Clapton / Homerton, as our current flatmate is moving out to live with their partner. We are only a 2-minute walk to Hackney Marshes and the canal paths toward Hackney Wick & Walthamstow Marshes, and about a 10 min walk to Chatsworth Road.

Rent: £1058.33 + £150 roughly per month for bills (council tax band C)

The Flat
•3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + separate toilet. You will be in the largest bedroom next to the upstairs bathroom, with plenty of space to be able to work from home if needed. Please note this room is unfurnished.
• Recently renovated – we’re only the second group to live here post-refurb and the whole flat is lovely and light-filled, with a separate living space and modern kitchen. We don’t have an outdoor space however we have a small balcony with a sliding door and are super close to many parks/green spaces.
•20 mins to Homerton Overground (Mildmay Line)
•242 bus stop right outside – direct to Hackney Central, Dalston, Shoreditch
•Currently on a 2-year lease until June 2026, with possibility to stay on

Who You’ll Be Living With

You’ll be sharing with Alice and Jordi, both in our 30s. We’ve lived together for over 2 years and have a great dynamic — respectful, friendly, and clean. It’s not a party flat, but we’re happy to host the occasional dinner or drink with friends. The flat is a calm and easy-going space we all enjoy coming home to. We would love someone who has their own thing going on but is happy to hang out at home and become friends as we really value having a comfortable, social dynamic at home. LGBTQ+ friendly only please!

Ideally, we are looking for another girl to join the house, preferably an in office or hybrid worker who is clean, considerate, and kind and looking for a relaxed, homey environment!
