1 Feb -> 31 Mar: Homerton Double Room to Sublet

Hi all, happy new year! I am subletting my double room in a friendly Homerton house share for two months (flexible on dates but looking for someone who can commit to the majority of the two months).

🏡 The room has a double bed large desk wardrobe and clothes rack with enough space to do yoga still. It’s on the top floor and is frequently visited by our lovely cat. The house has a large kitchen, separate living room, big garden, basement (with bomb shelter!), and two bathrooms.

💸 1000 pcm including bills, although open to discussion to go a bit lower if needed!

🚞 10 minute walk from Homerton overground station (Mildmay line), easy 10 minute commute to Stratford (can get to central London in about 40-45 minutes), and lots of good bus connections. Right next to Chatsworth road with loads of nice shops and restaurants, and a 20 minute walk from vibrant Hackney Central!

👯‍♂️You’ll be sharing the house with David (25M), Ravi (25M), and Margot (24F) who are all very social and would love to have another yapper join them. Ravi and David work a hybrid 9-5 and Margot works mostly in the office. We like to sit in the pub, watch movies, cook, use the hot tub, and introduce each other to new friends.
