Lived here for 5 years and loved the house and the area just moving to something smaller down the road.
£1000 all in with no security deposit.
Happy to leave the bed frame and mattress but can organise it be collected by the council if need be.
Super chill house with a shared living room, mainly for storage and drying laundry.
Upstairs bathroom with a bath/shower and downstairs toilet.
Plenty of storage.
Big kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers and shared pots pans and utensils.
Big back garden with flower beds but needs some TLC if you enjoy a bit of gardening.
Technically no pets allowed but we have had cats, dogs and snakes in the house before just on the DL.
Landlord/Letting agent leave us be but are great when it comes to maintenance issues being fixed within 24-48 hours.
Lovely neighbours either side and below who are happy to take in a parcel when needed.
Lots of great coffee shops, pubs, parks and grocers around the area with Homerton station and plenty buses and lime bikes within walking distance.
Potential flatmate is anyone looking for a chill house, with a friendly vibe who likes to keep things clean and tidy. Not a sit down dinner/movie night kinda household but know whats going on in each others lives and make shared living in London feel as cosy as possible.
