Affordable sublet from 7th to 21 August

Hi, this is a sublet for the period of 7th to 22nd August for 450 all inclusive. I am taking a deposit of 100 which will of course be fully refunded at the time of leaving for security purpose. I'm travelling to Edinburgh for the fringe during this time. The dates can be slightly flexible.

🏡 The House
We live in a spacious, two-storey, four-bedroom Victorian semi-detached house just off Chatsworth Road – a 10-minute walk from Homerton station. We're also within strolling distance of Hackney Marshes, Millfields Park, the canal, and loads more green spaces.

Inside, we’ve got:
✨ A cosy living room for movie nights, chilling out, catching up in the evenings.
✨ A big kitchen & dining area that opens up onto a spacious garden – looking forward to using the fire pit and enjoying some BBQs in the warmer months.
✨ Two bathrooms with two showers.
✨ A bike storage room.

👯‍♂️ The Housemates
You’ll be living with three easygoing, friendly, clean and sociable housemates – an actor, a developer, and an NHS worker. It's a mixed house (two males, one female), and we’re all about that friendly, respectful, and sociable vibe. We love a chat over dinner, occasional pub trips, cinema, gigs, festivals, exhibitions, having friends over, and trying new things.
