Part Time Let E5

Please note this is a PART-TIME Mon - Fri LET only — suited to someone who lives elsewhere but needs to be in London for work / study or other reasons. Apologies, but I will only be responding to emails from people who are looking for a part time let, please explain a little about your circumstances when you get in touch.

I have a small double room in E5, available on a part time weekday basis from Dec 16th, its recently decorated, with a nice view over the garden.

It would be ideal for someone who values a peaceful, comfortable, clean and stylish environment, good company and privacy when wanted. The house has three bedrooms and is shared with one other person - I'm an artist. You would have access to the living room, kitchen and garden as well as the bathroom. The room has a double bed, desk, small wardrobe, shelves and drawers - leaving stuff in the room over the weekend is fine. Cleaning is included in the rent. I am open to discussion about staying for fewer than four nights a week and adjusting the rent accordingly.

Clapton is a great area with lots of music venues, cafes, bars, design, vintage and bookshops as well as good selection of great Turkish and organic grocery shops (plus the usual supermarkets). The house is in a quiet residential street with parking (permits) or bike storage. The Lea Valley, canal and a series of parks are about 7 minutes' walk away — along with the local crowd funded cinema and a marvellous local pub — plus gym, yoga classes, choirs and swimming pool — all nearby.

Rail links to Liverpool Street, Victoria, Stratford, Kings Cross are all nearby a long with buses. Driving the M11 is close by along with access to the North circular.
