Spacious & peaceful loft space w/ensuite (Mon-Fri)

We are a family of 3, Sarah, Jens and Jeff (aged 19). We usually have a friendly well-behaved dog (recently passed away, likely to be succeeded at some point in the future) and a cat. Our house is a 4 bedroom Victorian house with a garden and an outdoor table tennis table.

The top floor is all yours - giving one large double room with a sofa and tv, and an ensuite shower room with toilet. The space is well appointed and very peaceful. You can share our kitchen on the ground floor and the garden (when it gets a bit warmer).

Lower Clapton is a hidden gem - we have a park opposite and are close to Hackney Marshes and the Olympic park. Public transport is varied - Homerton on the overground is a 15 minute walk (links to Victoria line, Central and Jubilee line), Clapton BR is also a 15 minute walk (to Liverpool St or Bethnal Green). The 242 bus (24 hour) is just around the corner and is very handy for Shoreditch, Liverpool St, and Aldgate. There are lots of other buses too (55 to Shoreditch, Old St and Oxford St 48 to London Bridge) and Leabridge Station (Tottenham Hale to Stratford) is a 10 min walk mostly through the park

We are just off Chatsworth Road - vibrant and full of interesting shops and cafes.
