Liverpool Street and the City 21 minutes on the underground from Upton Park Tube.
Canary Wharf is 4 minutes (2 stops) on the underground from Canning Town, and 12-15 minutes by car from the loft.

The loft is self contained- so you will not share any facilities with the main house.

The loft has a very large double bedroom, with brand new soft carpets, bedding, large mirror and wardrobe storage, plus black out curtains.

The living room is incredibly bright with two huge skylights that open fully, and a view on a clear day to the Shard. The windows have black out blinds for cosy evenings in watching films on the projector that covers the opposite wall, (with speakers submerged in the ceiling). The room is carpeted, and has a comfy newly upholstered sofa. The projector has a USB port so you can plug in and watch anything you have downloaded, inc Netflix / Amazon etc.

The kitchenette has a vinyl floor, coffee machine & steamer, fridge freezer, oven with grill and two hobs, toaster, kettle, towels etc.

The bathroom is a haven with a Japanese style soaking tub big enough for two, 24 jets and full Jacuzzi (a hot tub indoors!). Raindrop shower, toilet & basin also.

There is underfloor heating throughout.

The loft is self contained, with its own staircase and door, however it is reached through the main house staircase and front entrance.

It is 10-15 minutes from Westfield Stratford City, with a Vue cinema, shopping mall, and restaurants. Other great local areas are Wanstead park, East Ham park, the O2 arena is very close, as is City airport. Shoreditch and central London are a short distance away by tube. Two good pubs in walking distance, as well as a Tescos and Sainsbury’s.
