The other male is the landlord, however he has his own separate kitchen and bathroom. He lives in France a lot of the time so wouldn't be around much. He is actually my landlord too but I live in a separate property, but advertise his rooms for him when needed, he's very friendly and considerate and fixes problems in the property very quickly. He also never chargers fees so thats a bonus!
