Double room creative house bills included

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our creative house. Current housemates: 1) food and computer graphics expert, 2) doctor and low-quality pianist.

We are looking for someone super-chilled, tidy and interested in the occasional good conversation to join us in what has now became quite a sedate house, despite once being party central.

The room is spaceous, with a double bed, cupboards and a desk etc. All bills included with super-fast wifi.

We have a huge living room with double sofas, 65 inch TV, Netflix etc, and a piano We also have a large kitchen/dining room with American-style fridge which has an ice dispenser. There's a giant glass table in the garden and a pond which might have fish in it, or they might have been eaten by the local cat (Meowmi Campbell), we're not quite sure. Feel free to amuse yourself staring into it trying to see them. And the local birds and bluebells hang out in the garden.

Essential to meet a new housemate first and see if we are going to get on so hit me up and come have a look round.

Transport: 5 min walk from East Ham underground - District / Hammersmith and City line. Also 5 minute drive from North Circular, 15 minutes to M11.

Utilities: Washing machine, microwave, gas cooker, fancy kettle.
