Large double room to let in spacious house share

Large double bedroom available in shared house.

We are looking for a third person to share our household, as one of our flatmates is relocating from London. The room will become available at the beginning of March (or potentially earlier).

You would be sharing with a chilled, male Aussie artist/art technician who likes the outdoors, films and cooking and a male artist who is into yoga, keeping fit, music, films and reading. Both are tidy, quiet and respectful of personal space, but also happy to enjoy a few social drinks. At work or in studio during the day, so house mostly quiet.

Ideally we are looking for a like-minded flatmate with similar interests and someone who is looking for a home, rather than just a room.

The house is bright and airy with high ceilings and good light. There is plenty of space - in addition to the kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher etc. included), bathroom and bedrooms, there is also a shared lounge, dining room and additional study.

The room available is a good-size double, on the first floor and is part-furnished with a large built-in wardrobe and double bed.

There is a good size south-facing garden with a patio (ideal for BBQs) and a large shed for storing bikes etc. which can be accessed from the front.

The house is situated in a quiet, residential area near Central Park with shopping facilities nearby. Whilst the area is not particularly gentrified yet, there are a few nice pubs and cafes around.

Transport links - easy access to Stratford and Forest Gate (by bus). Nearest tube station is Upton Park (Hammersmith and City and District Line) with fairly quick access to Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch. For cyclists - the ´Greenway´ (car-free cycle path and a 20 minute bike ride to Olympic Park/Hackney Wick) is just behind the house.
