There’s a residents gym and work lounge open 24/7. There’s bike storage in the underground car park, and concierge in the building 7am-7pm, 7 days a week.

Bills are 100-150£ per month depending on time of the year.

About me: I’m 28, male, work in finance in central London 5 days a week. I like sport, socialising and do some travel when I can.

There’s two rooms available in the apartment - one from Dec 1, one from Dec 8th. 800£ and 900£. The 800£ room is smaller than the one in the picture but is a nice room, private and has a double bed and wardrobe.
