Hi!

This is a new 2-storey apartment in a private development by the high street of East Ham station (District/Hammersmith Line Zone 3), about 5min from the station. There are 3beds and 3WCs along with ample space in the living room, a private patio, and a communal courtyard/garden. The development is gated and other than safety offers a quiet, communal vibe.

We are currently 2 professionals, and the 3rd flatmate has moved out. We have a friendly environment at home; this is also a small, social development so we are friends with most of our neighbours and frequently meet for activities.

The available room is on the 1st floor with a double bed, desk and study chair, side table, wardrobe and dresser. There are 2 floor-to-ceiling windows looking into the courtyard.

Since this is a new build, you will benefit from the latest appliances and fittings. The living room is also furnished with designer Danish furniture.
