Large Single Room to rent in East London

I have a large single room to rent from the 1st of October in a fantastic, and recently refurbished (with high standards) three bedroom house that I am renting from my family in East London. The house is very spacious and comfortable and comes with a garden/patio and a large living room/Kitchen

The room is already furnished and situated at ground floor and has a charming bay window and wooden floor. The rent is £800 pm and includes the utility bills and broadbands but doesn't includes the eventual Council Tax.

Ideally, I am looking for a student who is easygoing, tidy, and respectful. who like to socialise with a little chat in the evening and contribuite to create a harmonious atmosfere in the house.

A bit about me: I’m a English/Italian university student at UCL with passion for food and I enjoy a good laugh and peaceful time in the house.
The third room is rented to a busy 35yo Italian professional. who is often away.
