4-room house with an open-plan kitchen and living room (includes a beautiful coffee table and 3, 2 and 1 seater sofas). Includes washer, heated rack, kettle, microwave, oven and clothes line in the backyard. The backyard is lovely, and if you love gardening, there's plenty of space (and enthusiastic roommates!).

👯‍♀️ Flatmates
You’ll be sharing the space is 3 others — two lovely women and one respectful man in their early 20s. They are friendly, clean, tidy, sociable but respectful of privacy as well. They're ideally looking for someone that's clean (their bare minimum requirement is keeping shared spaces clean and tidy), considerate of their lifestyles, and easygoing.

🚇 Transport Links
There's a bus stop right in front of the house that gets you to Stratford and another that gets you to Custom House.
The bus that gets you to Stratford also gets you to Upton Park tube station in 8 mins.
If you prefer to walk, Upton Park tube station is 15-20mins away.
Overall, it takes 45 mins to get to Central London.

🛒 Local Area
Close to Lidl, Asda, Iceland, and Tesco. Close to several gyms (the flatmates head to one so if you're looking for company/motivation, they've got you!), and if you love parks, East Ham Nature Reserve is a lovely place to go for some peace and quiet, Central Park if you want something more bustling, and even Plaistow park is 18 mins away.

You’ll need to pass referencing checks and sign the tenancy agreement directly with the agency, which I will be connecting you to if you are considered for the room.
